It's a Dancer Life For Me

So...I dance. I've been on the high school company for two years. Before that, I took a few classes at the Academy of Ballet (not as great as it sounds) until 5th grade. My mom says that I stopped taking classes because we didn't have money, but just between you and me I think it's because I threw a fit before every class. I hated it. I was the family tom boy. I played soccer, beat up the boys at school, played in the sandbox, and wrestled with my brothers. Dancing was too...girly. It required wearing pink and don't even get me started on make up. Ew. But once I got to high school, I took one of the beginner dance classes, then decided to try out for the company. I'm not gonna lie, I sucked at first. I was probably the worst one on the company.
